PowerSquare hereby warrants, for one year, “PowerSquare product(s)” shall be free from, or of, defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. PowerSquare shall repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product Free of Charge (except for shipping charges for the product). PowerSquare reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice, and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products. In the event that PowerSquare is unable to repair or replace the product (for example, because it has been discontinued), PowerSquare will offer a refund in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original purchase receipt as discounted by its natural use. Be prepared to provide; the product serial number, where you purchased the product, when you purchased the product, a copy of original receipt.

PowerSquare reserves the right to review the damaged PowerSquare product. All costs of shipping the product to PowerSquare for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.

IN NO EVENT SHALL POWERSQUARE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF ANY POWERSQUARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. The benefits provided to the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under applicable laws, which may vary by state and country.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the United States Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


PowerSquare wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. If you want to return an item, you can ship the item back to PowerSquare. You have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.


To ship your return item(s) to PowerSquare, you must first contact PowerSquare Support by email support@powersquare.com PowerSquare Support staff shall help you diagnose the issue (if any) and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and mailing information after you verify your return details. Affix the address label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.
